Development of an Allocation Uncertainty Model

NEL has helped a North Sea operator increase confidence in their measurement system by developing a model to calculate the uncertainty of their monthly allocation quantities. This project builds on the extensive experience in measurement uncertainty and flow metering at NEL and shows the benefits that an allocation uncertainty model such as this can bring to oil and gas operators.
