Many metrology challenges can be resolved during a short discussion with an expert or following a short piece of work by a relevant expert.
The free service allows for two hours of consultancy. If your problem is going to take longer to solve, helpline staff will be happy to discuss your requirements and advise on the cost of a more detailed analysis of the problem.
All enquiries are passed to the most relevant personnel within the appropriate NMI (National Measurement Institute). All enquiries are treated in confidence.
The free-to-industry service is funded by the National Measurement System and allows for two hours of consultancy.
