NEL's Oil-in-Water Club's primary aim is to support industry with oil-in-water related issues. Club members are invited to attend technical club meetings, access the Oil-in-Water club members only website and receive information updates.

Meetings are held regularly and serve as the main networking forum, allowing members the opportunity to:

Listen to or deliver technical presentations
Discuss key issues and challenges
Exchange information and experiences

Technical focus centres on oil-in-water monitoring and analysis. Typical areas include:
Oil-in-Water monitoring and analysis
Measurement of Oil-in-Water concentration
Approach in the North Sea (including risk based)
Regulation and measurement of oil-in-water concentration

Help industry meet legislative requirements
Provide information on the technological and legislative developments
Provide continuity in interpretation of legislation and information
Provide a forum for measurement based discussion
Provide networking Oil-in-Water club meetings
Identify, discuss and highlight potential future opportunities and challenges
Provide a central contact point on Oil-in-Water monitoring
Promote best practices in Oil-in-Water monitoring and hence reduce the possibility of oil pollution
