Project Monitoring
The PRINCE2 certified team of technical, business, IT and administration experts provide clients with an impartial, independent, flexible and business orientated project monitoring service.
Through their knowledge of funding scheme criteria, project management of collaborative projects and business drivers they work directly with projects to monitor progress and provide “hands on” support where required.
